    Appointment Cancellation Policy

    Stylists and Spa Therapists at Beauty Unleased salon and spa have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.


    If you cancel or change your appointment without  24 hours notice, you will be charged a $25 convenience fee.


    This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, spa therapists and clients.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are difficult to fill.  By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.  



    Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will be charged 50% of the original service booked after the 10-minute grace period.  In the event, you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.  However, you may be considered as a walk-in.  


    Late Guests Policy

    We understand "life happens".  If for any reason, you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! (404)395-7518 or contact your stylist directly.  


    We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day.  Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full.  It may also result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service.  Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.  


    Confirmation Calls

    As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time.  We will call to confirm your service prior to your appointment and you will receive an email or text message if we have your information on file.  We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.  


    Child Safety Policy

    Children are ONLY permitted in the salon area when the child is receiving a service.  For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children.  We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.  

    Service Satisfaction

    If you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your stylist within 24 hours of that service.  Each stylist is independent and has their own service satisfaction policy.  However, we would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest.


    Hair Product/Exchange Return Policy

    All Sales are final.


    Gift Cards/Certificates

    NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases.  Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.
